Incredible ON LOCATION auction in the Avondale neighborhood of West Ashley in Charleston, SC.

Room Swap Consignments is excited to offer decades of eclectic collecting in one location, with all lots being sold to the highest bidder with no reserve! The building is being demolished and everything must go! The space is filled with mid century decor, brass, art work, furniture, books, collectibles, lamps, and so much more!

Due to the demolition, the Pick Up dates ARE STRICT!

Wednesday 9/30/26 - 3pm - 7pm

Thursday 10/1/26 - 10am-2pm

- If you need another time frame during those days, please message, email or text, we will try to be flexible if possible.

ITEMS NOT PICKED UP DURING THESE DAYS WILL BE FORFEITED! The building is being torn down!

AS A COURTESY:

Small lots and items can be transported to our Holly Hill, SC warehouse. NO FURNITURE and no more than 10-12 lots per buyer. If you purchase dozens of lots, please plan to come pick them up in West Ashley. If this is a service you would like PLEASE REACH OUT EARLY!
