Is it really free?
Yes. Leads and sale listings are free: no per-lead charge, no listing fee, and no card needed to join. The only thing between you and the leads is verifying your email address.
How do leads reach me?
A family describes their estate once on our home page. We email the five nearest companies directly, and every listed company can see the open requests for its area in the portal. Open a request to see the family's contact details and get in touch.
You choose the ZIP codes you serve and how far you travel, so you only hear about work you would actually take.
Is anyone else calling the same family?
Often, yes. Other local companies can see the same request, so a prompt, specific reply tends to win it. The family can close their request in one click once they have hired someone, and it disappears from the marketplace for everyone at that moment.
Do families see my business address?
No. Your business address is never published. Your public page shows your city and state, and your phone number and email only if you choose to show them.
What is the PocketPrice offer?
PocketPrice is our sister app for pricing items on the spot, and it is a separate, optional product with its own plans. Listed companies get it at half price for their first year, on any plan, monthly or annual, applied automatically at checkout. The link is on the Your account page once you sign in. Nothing here changes if you never use it: your leads and sale listings are free either way.
Can I post my own sales here?
Yes, free. Each sale you publish gets its own page with photos and dates, appears on the browse page and on your city's page, and is emailed to shoppers who follow your area.
