How the site is doing
Every number on this page comes straight from the database when you open it. Sales figures are what companies chose to record in their own portal; nothing checks them, so they are labelled “reported” throughout.
This page is for the site owner
Awaiting review
A private seller’s first listing waits here for a look before it goes live; after one approval they publish straight away. Check that the photos show a real house of things for sale. Approve and publish puts the sale on the site, emails the seller the link and tells everyone following the area. Send back returns it to a draft with a note the seller sees in their editor and in an email. Nothing changes until you choose.

Reports
Sale listings a visitor has flagged from the “Report this listing” link on the page. Nothing changes until you act here. Unpublish takes the listing off every public page at once and tells its owner in their editor; Dismiss closes the report and leaves the listing up.

Seeded listings
Companies and sales you entered by hand, before the company signed up. A seeded company has a public page and its sales appear everywhere a company's own do, marked Unclaimed listing with a link to where the details came from. Nothing emails a seeded company until it claims its page. The claim link is shown once, when you create the company or make a new one; paste it into the message you send them.

Claims
People asking to take over a seeded company page. Check what they sent against the company's published contact details. Approve turns the page over: if their email has no company account yet, the seeded page becomes their account and they get a set-password link; if it already does, the seeded sales move onto that account. Reject tells them how to prove it is them. Nothing changes until you choose.

Email every company
One message to every verified, active company account — a nudge to post the next sale and share it. Each email carries a one-click “stop announcements” link; a company that uses it keeps its lead alerts and is left out of the next one. Send me a test puts the exact email in your own inbox first. Write {first_name} or {company_name} and each company sees its own.

Leads
A lead is a family's request. “Companies per lead” counts companies that opened the lead in the portal, which is the only contact the site can see. Calls and emails after that are between them.
Lead submissions per day
Companies
“Listed” is what the public directory shows: verified, active, opted in, with a base ZIP. A company missing any of those is invisible to families.
Shoppers
Shopper accounts, the messages they send to companies and private sellers, and the two email lists.
Shopper sign-ups per day
Public sale listings
The sale pages visitors and Google can see. Counted by their dates as of now.
Reported sales and revenue
From each company's private sales records. Revenue and commission are whatever the company typed in, so treat these as a floor: most companies never record a figure.

Traffic and search
From the site's own analytics events. Page views are counted only where a visitor's browser ran the script, so this undercounts and is best read as a trend.
Where families asked and nobody was near
ZIP codes where a request reached no company at all. This is the recruiting list: a company signed up in one of these areas would have had leads waiting.
